He moves to London in search of new adventures and with the desire to internationalize his culinary knowledge. From a leading Spanish restaurant in the city, to the famous Harry’s bar with Alberico Penatti, a leading chef in the world of international gastronomy.

He settled for years at Harrods as head chef, thus beginning to give free rein to his passion, cooking.
