WHAT THE FUNK BAND

WhaTheFunk was formed four years ago by a group of seven experienced musicians and friends, all with classical and jazz backgrounds and many years of experience in various ensembles, from rock to jazz big bands.

This Madrid-based band performs covers of Funk, Soul, and Disco classics with their own unique twist: catchy, danceable funk perfect for a great night out. Their live show features top interpretations spanning a wide range of artists from the 70s to the present day, including Stevie Wonder, Tina Turner, Aretha Franklin, Sade, Michael Jackson, Jamiroquai, Dua Lipa, Lizzo, The Bamboos, Alice Russell, Brother Strut, and more.
