  • Mézclum salad with melon cubes, Guijuelo ham, croutons and agave vinaigrette
  • Sautéed seasonal mushrooms with prawns and topped with aged cheddar sauce

  • Crispy free-range chicken escalope on a nest of three-colored fried peppers
  • Beef ragout braised in port and red wine broth with buttered mashed potatoes
  • Grilled sea bream with piquillo pepper sauce and sautéed vegetables in garlic
  • Roman hake delights with La Vera paprika mayonnaise and a bed of pe-tsai al yakiniku
